Digital Downloads — Delivery & Refund Policy

All products are instant digital downloads. After purchase, you'll receive a download link via email within minutes. For personalized orders (Bundle + Personalized), please allow up to 24-48 hours for your custom file to be sent to your email.

Refunds: Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at remnantkidsco@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
